User Dashboard

The User Dashboard is your central hub for managing your WebFones account. After logging in, you'll see an overview of your phone system activity and quick access to all features.

Accessing the Dashboard

  • Navigate to your WebFones login page
  • Enter your username and password
  • Click Login

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard displays:

  • Recent Calls - Your most recent incoming and outgoing calls
  • Chat - Internal and SMS Messaging
  • Voicemail - Number of new and saved voicemails
  • Fax - Recent faxes received and sent
  • Contacts - Company contact management system
  • Extensions - Access to your basic extension information

Navigation

From the dashboard, you can access:

  • [Chat] - Send and receive text messages
  • [Voicemail] - Listen to and manage voicemails
  • [Faxes] - View and send faxes
  • [Contacts] - Manage your contact list
  • [Extensions] - View extension directory
