Chat

The Chat feature allows you to send and receive text messages directly from your WebFones account using your business phone number.

Accessing Chat

  • Log in to your WebFones account
  • Click Chat in the navigation menu

Sending Messages

  • Click New Message or the compose button
  • Enter the recipient's phone number
  • Type your message
  • Click Send

Receiving Messages

Incoming text messages appear in your chat inbox. You'll see:

  • The sender's phone number
  • The message content
  • The date and time received

Message History

All conversations are saved and organized by contact. Click on any conversation to view the full message history.

Tips

  • Messages are sent from your business phone number
  • Standard messaging rates may apply
  • Keep messages professional as they represent your business
