Voicemail
Access and manage your voicemail messages through the WebFones user portal.
Accessing Voicemail
- Log in to your WebFones account
- Click Voicemail in the navigation menu
View Messages
Messages are listed most recent at the top.
- Click on the play button control to play the message
- Click Mark as Read to mark it as read or archive the message
- Click Forward to send the message to another user
- Click Call dial your phone with the callback number
- Click Contact to view or add the caller as a contact
Email Notifications
You are by default enrolled in voicemail notifications via email. To change those settings:
- Go to User Settings but clicking on the gear in the upper right side of the dashboard
- Go to Notification Preferences and find the Voicemail line
- Turn off the switch for email notifications
- Your change will automatically be saved
