From Your Desk Phone

Press the Message button (envelope icon) or dial \97

Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted

Follow the voice prompts to listen to messages

0 - Mailbox options (change greeting, PIN)

From Your Email

If your administrator has enabled voicemail-to-email:

Check your email inbox for messages from WebFones

The voicemail audio will be attached as an audio file

You can listen directly from your email

From Another Phone

Call your own extension

When voicemail answers, press \
Enter your extension number
Enter your PIN

Changing Your Voicemail Greeting

Access your voicemail (press Message button or dial \*97)
Press 0 for mailbox options
Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting
Follow the prompts to record and save

Changing Your PIN

Access your voicemail
Press 0 for mailbox options
Press 4 to change your PIN
Enter your new PIN and confirm

Keep your PIN secure - don't share it
Record a professional greeting with your name
If you forget your PIN, contact your administrator
