Checking Your Voicemail

From Your Desk Phone

  • Press the Message button (envelope icon) or dial \97
  • Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted
  • Follow the voice prompts to listen to messages

Voicemail Menu Options

  • 1 - Listen to new messages
  • 2 - Listen to saved messages
  • 3 - Advanced options
  • 0 - Mailbox options (change greeting, PIN)

From Your Email

If your administrator has enabled voicemail-to-email:

  • Check your email inbox for messages from WebFones
  • The voicemail audio will be attached as an audio file
  • You can listen directly from your email

From Another Phone

  • Call your own extension
  • When voicemail answers, press \
  • Enter your extension number
  • Enter your PIN

Changing Your Voicemail Greeting

  • Access your voicemail (press Message button or dial \*97)
  • Press 0 for mailbox options
  • Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting
  • Follow the prompts to record and save

Changing Your PIN

  • Access your voicemail
  • Press 0 for mailbox options
  • Press 4 to change your PIN
  • Enter your new PIN and confirm

Tips

  • Check your voicemail regularly
  • Keep your PIN secure - don't share it
  • Record a professional greeting with your name
  • If you forget your PIN, contact your administrator
