Caller ID Tag
Caller ID Tag
A “Caller ID Tag” is a prepended prefix to the caller ID. This can be used to tell the person answering which options the caller may have chosen to reach them. For instance, a Caller ID Tag of “S:” could be a sales call. A tag of “B:” might stand for billing. This command allows you to modify the caller IDs as the call travels through the logic to give the person answering more information.
