Ring Mobile

Ring Mobile dials the mobile number associated with the extension while keeping control of the call. To answer on their mobile phone, the agent must press 1 to confirm, which prevents the call from being picked up by the cell phone’s voicemail.

This example shows a Ring Mobile command for extension 305. When executed, it will ring the mobile phone linked to extension 305 without ringing the desk extension.
