Caller Ring Tone
The “Caller Ring Tone” can be modified for Polycom phones to account for various noisy environments. The key is to make sure to put on the ring tone modifier before you ring extensions.

There is also ring tone control for each extension. It is important to note that the call flow ignores extension settings, so the ring tone also needs to be set in the call flow.
