If Conditional
If Conditional
The If Conditional command lets you change the call flow based on a true/false (boolean) comparison. Here’s an example:
The Edit panel for an If Conditional command requires a variable, an operator, and a value. Both conditional checks and URL call results can reference call attributes.
Here are the values available for comparison:
Caller Number — The caller’s full caller ID number.
Caller Area Code — The area code from the caller’s number.
Caller NPANXX — The first six digits (NPA-NXX) of the caller’s number.
Dialed Number — The number the caller dialed.
Dialed Area Code — The area code of the dialed number.
Dialed NPANXX — The first six digits (NPA-NXX) of the dialed number.
URL Result — The output returned by the most recent Call URL command.
