Ring Extension

Ring Extension lets you ring the phones on an extension without transferring the call to that extension. This distinction is important because each extension has its own call-routing rules. Ringing an extension bypasses those rules.

The selected extension will ring for 10 seconds before the call flow continues to the next command.
