Schedules

Schedules

Schedules are used throughout the phone system to control how calls are routed. They can be applied in multiple areas—including phone numbers, call flows, and groups—to determine where callers should be directed.

The Schedule list displays all schedules along with a preview of the upcoming week. Selecting a schedule opens the Edit screen.

Each schedule has an active or inactive state. Daily schedules can be set to active all day, inactive all day, or active only during specific hours. Weekly schedules make it easy to configure standard business hours or recurring events throughout the week. You can also add exception rules to override the schedule for specific dates or date ranges.

Users can also access a calendar that visually shows active hours for the month.
