Hotdesk
Hotdesking allows users to log in to their phone extension from any compatible phone. This is especially helpful in shared office environments or situations where users need to move between workspaces temporarily. When a user hotdesks into an extension, the phone adopts that user’s settings—including status buttons, speed dials, and caller ID—making it function exactly like their primary device.
How to Hotdesk
Step #1. Press the More soft key until the Hotdesk option appears, then select it.
Step #2. Enter your extension number.
Step #3. When prompted, enter your PIN.
The phone will reboot and load your extension’s settings.
When you're finished, press the Logout soft key on the phone to restore the phone’s original configuration.
