Transfer To
Transfer To commands route the call to various destinations within the system.
Below is an explanation of each transfer type:
Transfer to Extension — Sends the call to a specific extension. The extension’s settings and routing logic are applied as if it were dialed directly.
Transfer to Voicemail — Sends the call straight to voicemail without ringing the extension.
Transfer to Call Flow — Routes the call to another call flow as a subroutine. When that flow finishes, the call returns to the next step in the current flow.
Transfer to Directory — Sends the caller to the internal dial-by-name directory.
Transfer to Number — Forwards the call to an external phone number.”
