Call Queue

Call Queues provide a holding place for callers waiting for an available agent. While in the queue, callers hear music on hold while phones ring according to the queue’s rules and settings.

This call queue, named Sales, will hold the caller for up to 20 seconds before returning control to the originating call flow.
