Simple Call Flow Setup
This tutorial guides you through configuring a basic call flow that routes a phone number to a group of extensions.
Step 1: Create the Call Flow
Step #1. Go to the Call Flows page and click the Add Call Flow button.
Step #2. Enter a name and description for your call flow. Click Add when finished.
Step #3. Click the blue (+) button on the far right of the title bar to add the first command.
Step #4. Choose Ring Extension, then configure the extension and ring duration.
We recommend a duration of 15 seconds or more. Click Done.
Step #5. Click the blue (+) on the Ring Extension line to add the next command.
Select Transfer to Voicemail and choose the appropriate voicemail box.

Step 2: Point Your Phone Number to the Call Flow
Step #6. On the Numbers page, select the number you want to configure. This opens the Edit panel for that number.
Step #7. Select the Routing tab to display the routing configuration.
Step #8. From the routing dropdown, choose Call Flow, then select the call flow you created in Steps #1–#5.
